Our Age UK Budding Friends, gathered each Autumn and Winter week at Studio 36, busily and enthusiastically creating artwork for the Conversations in Colour exhibition, to start at the Barnfield Theatre on 5th May.
As can be seen above, actual conversations within the group were turned into fabulous works of art created by all of the participants.
Further interest and enjoyment was achieved through the involvement of Professor Michael Schillmeier of Exeter University’s Sociology & Philosophy department. He has been taking an ethnographic approach to help to understand and engage with the questions, issues and requirements of the Budding Friends’ everyday life.
